Ashtanga Yoga is the system of yoga preserved and transmitted by its great exponent, Sri K. Pattabhi Jois of Mysore, India. It is designed to purify the body and still the mind. The practice is characterized by Vinyasa, the precise coordination of movement with breath from posture to posture.

First Sunday of each month, 7-8:30am
We encourage anyone interested in learning the practice to come observe a class first. This usually answers most questions. Times to observe are Mon-Thurs morning between 6:30-8:00am and Mon–Thurs evening between 4:30–6pm. Note: We do not offer trial classes.

Monthly Community Get-together or Yoga Practice & Philosophy Talk
Alternates every month, on the first Sunday of the month right after led Primary practice. (For example, if a get-together takes place on the first Sunday in June, then there is a talk on the first Sunday in July, and so on.) For the get-together, a light breakfast and chai may be offered.
For students of the school only.
