Ashtanga Yoga is the system of yoga taught by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois of Mysore, India. It is designed to purify the body and still the mind. The practice is characterized by Vinyasa, the precise coordination of movement with breath from posture to posture.
Mary Flinn continues as a guest teacher for the month of April. She brings 10 years' teaching experience in yoga, along with great sensitivity and dedication to the practice of Ashtanga. She is authorized to teach Ashtanga yoga by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois.

Sunday Mysore class continues from 7:30-9:00am.
Monday-Thursday Mysore class is now offered from 6:30-9:00am.
Friday morning class is now led Primary series from 6:30-8:00am (Note: please arrive early as door will be locked promptly at 6:30).
Mid-morning class on MWF from 9:45-11:15 is no longer offered.
