Ashtanga Yoga is the system of yoga preserved and transmitted by its great exponent, Sri K. Pattabhi Jois of Mysore, India. It is designed to purify the body and still the mind. The practice is characterized by Vinyasa, the precise coordination of movement with breath from posture to posture.
Classes
Morning Mysore practice is offered from 6-10am Monday through Thursday and from 7-9am on Sunday.
Evening Mysore practice is offered from 5-7pm Monday through Friday.
Led Primary series class is offered from 6:30-8:00am on Friday all students should try to attend.
