Ashtanga Yoga is the system of yoga preserved and transmitted by its great exponent, Sri K. Pattabhi Jois of Mysore, India. It is designed to purify the body and still the mind. The practice is characterized by Vinyasa, the precise coordination of movement with breath from posture to posture.

We encourage anyone interested in learning the practice to come observe a class first. This usually answers most questions. Times to observe are Mon-Thurs morning between 6:30-8:00am and Mon–Thurs evening between 4:30–6pm. Note: We do not offer trial classes.

Yoga Practice & Philosophy Talk
On the first Sunday of the month right after led Primary practice.
There is always an opportunity to ask questions. All current students
of the school are invited.
* When there's a Friday moonday, the preceding practice day reverts to a "Friday" schedule.
We are excited to welcome guest teacher Peter Bertero from June 11 – July 10. Peter will be teaching morning class for the month, plus a week of evening class from June 22 – 26. Peter has extensive experience teaching Ashtanga yoga both in the US and abroad and is a highly dedicated Ashtanga practitioner.
Second Tuesday and second Wednesday of every month from 7:00AM - 12:00 noon. There is no parking on the odd and even sides of the street, respectively, on those days.
