After having established an Ashtanga practice over a period of time, students will often have interest in studying at the K. Pattabhi Jois Ashtanga Yoga Institute in Mysore, India. While we strive to teach the Ashtanga method as it is taught in Mysore, there is, in the end, no substitute for going directly to the source to deepen one's practice.
